Dennis and Karla were both wonderful company during our home inspection. Both were prepared, professional, and very knowledgeable. They even gave us tips for how we could save money on small cosmetic repairs in the home. They were very thorough and made sure that everything in the house was safe and up to code before we proceeded with purchasing the home and notified us of non-severe issues that may arise in the future and how to fix them. We were treated like family and we will be doing business with them both in the future. We highly recommend their services!

Which inspection do I need when buying a home?
Most buyers book a full home inspection during the inspection period. If your insurer needs a four point report too, we can usually do both in the same visit.
Does a full home inspection include mold or termites?
We note visible signs of moisture, mold and wood-destroying insects during every full inspection. A focused mold or termite inspection goes deeper when you have a specific concern.
Do you inspect condos and townhomes?
Yes. We inspect single-family homes, condos, townhomes, rentals and commercial buildings across Central Florida.
